Orders, Shipping & Payment Terms: All prices are listed in Canadian dollars, US dollars and Euros. The customer pays all shipping and handling costs. Regular shipping to Canada and USA will usually be delivered in 3-12 business days. Actual shipping cost will be determined at time of order. We will select the most economical shipping service whenever possible unless otherwise instructed at the time the order is placed. International shipments are sent via regular mail, UPS, or DHL. Please contact us for shipping details. We will notify you by email with any available tracking number when your product has been shipped. If your order is damaged, opened, or tampered with in transit, YOU must contact the shipping company promptly and file a claim. Don't forget to keep all cartons and packing materials until after an inspection of the damaged shipment. Payment may be made via PayPal with Visa, Mastercard, money order, personal check or you may contact us for alternate payment meathod. Personal checks must clear before shipping. All orders must be accompanied by customer name, address, email and / or telephone number. No minimum order for internet orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.
